Job summary

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new-to-bank customers and promote Privilege Banking and Wealth Banking propositions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Carry out monthly marketing calls and engagement activities to grow the client base and strengthen relationships.
• Work closely with branch colleagues and internal departments to meet acquisition targets and support onboarding.
• Ensure account opening processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and participate in cross-referral initiatives within the bank.
