Job summary

Accor Hotels in Johor Bahru seeks an Executive Lounge Agent to deliver refined, personalized service to Executive Floor and VIP guests. Qualifications include a college diploma, 1–2 years of Front Office experience, strong English skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Opera PMS.

• Minimum 1-2 years of Front Office experience.
• Strong English communication; other languages an advantage.
• MS Office and Opera PMS proficiency.
• High level of professionalism and guest-facing confidence.
