Job summary

Accor Hotels in Johor Bahru seeks an Executive Lounge Agent to deliver refined, personalized service to Executive Floor and VIP guests. You will support the smooth daily operation of the Executive Club Lounge by combining Front Office, Food & Beverage, and guest relations functions in line with Accor values and ALL loyalty recognition.

Qualifications include a college diploma, 1–2 years of Front Office experience, strong English skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Opera PMS.

The Executive Lounge Agent is responsible for delivering refined, personalized, and intuitive
service experience to Executive Floor and VIP guests. The role supports the smooth daily operation
of the Executive Club Lounge by combining Front Office, Food & Beverage, and guest relations
functions, in line with Accor values, as well as ALL Accor loyalty recognition

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of similar Front Office experience.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and basic Opera PMS proficiency.
• High level of professionalism and guest‑facing confidence.
