Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the executive lounge, ensuring smooth daily operations and a premium guest experience.

You will attend to guests on arrival and departure, supervise lounge facilities, and implement SOPs and service standards across the team. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with 3–5 years in hotel/banquet service. Position offers outpatient/ dental benefits and career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotel/banquet service.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the executive lounge to ensure smooth service.
• Attend to guests on arrival and departure to maintain a premium experience.
• Ensure facilities are well-maintained, welcoming and offer top-notch service.
• Develop services, policies and SOPs for staff reference and consistency.
• Record customer interactions, analyze feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee food and beverage quality and coordinate with catering.
• Control costs and resources to meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Drive sales through updated marketing, menus, and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
