Job summary

Accor is seeking an Executive Lounge Agent to deliver refined, personalized service to Executive Floor and VIP guests. You will support the smooth daily operation of the Executive Club Lounge, blending Front Office, Food & Beverage, and guest relations duties to create memorable experiences.

Working in a premium hotel context, you will uphold Accor values and ALL loyalty recognition while maintaining a high level of professionalism and guest-facing confidence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years Front Office experience.
• Strong English communication; other languages a bonus.
• MS Office and Opera PMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refined, personalized service to Executive Floor and VIP guests.
• Support daily operation of the Executive Club Lounge.
• Coordinate Front Office, F&B and guest relations functions.
• Uphold Accor values and ALL loyalty recognition.

Job Description

The Executive Lounge Agent is responsible for delivering refined, personalized, and intuitive
service experience to Executive Floor and VIP guests. The role supports the smooth daily operation
of the Executive Club Lounge by combining Front Office, Food & Beverage, and guest relations
functions, in line with Accor values, as well as ALL Accor loyalty recognition

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of similar Front Office experience.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and basic Opera PMS proficiency.
• High level of professionalism and guest‑facing confidence.
