Job summary

Triple Y Studio in Kuala Lumpur seeks a motivated VIP Account Manager to engage customers through outbound calls, build strong relationships, and drive engagement and retention. This is a commission-based role with earning potential based on performance.

You will make outbound calls to VIP accounts, understand customer needs, promote campaigns and VIP benefits, and follow up to drive retention and revenue. Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and sales interest is essential.
• Able to handle outbound calls and build relationships with VIP customers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned customers and VIP accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication.
• Understand customer needs to provide personalised engagement.
• Promote relevant products, campaigns and VIP benefits.
• Follow up with existing customers to drive engagement and retention.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into active customers.
• Achieve monthly sales, conversion, retention and revenue targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for further engagement.
