Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales/Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, understand business needs, and deliver tailored solutions that boost satisfaction and retention.

You will identify new business opportunities, collaborate with presales, marketing, and product teams, maintain accurate records, and help drive revenue while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Office hours: 9am–6pm; attractive commission.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or equivalent working experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management preferred, IT background advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client relationship-building ability.
• Good presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Understand clients' business needs and provide suitable solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts to meet targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies with management and update on pipeline progress.
• Maintain accurate client records and track all sales activities.
• Collaborate with presales, marketing, product, solutions, and vendor partners to support sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with principal partners and internal stakeholders to drive growth and account success.
