Qualifications

Experience in shipping documentation and customs processes.
Familiar with Bills of Lading and voyage documentation.
Attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare MMSW applications for vessel movements and track submission status.
Prepare and issue Bills of Lading, inward/outward cargo manifests and amendments.
Coordinate and obtain ISD, boatnotes and other shipping documents with endorsements.
Collect and verify crew lists, vessel particulars, voyage details and clearance documents.
Liaise with Jabatan Laut, Immigration, Customs, Port Health and port authorities for clearances.
Monitor approvals, resolve document discrepancies and escalate delays.
Coordinate with customers, vessel owners and master for shipping instructions and updates.
Prepare billing for freight and related charges and ensure timely invoicing.
