Job summary

Master Suppliers Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to monitor vessel schedules and coordinate with shipping agents to ensure timely updates and smooth operations.

You will prepare and manage all operational and shipping documentation, arrange transportation, and handle customs paperwork to meet regulatory requirements. The role requires coordinating port facilities and communicating with internal teams and service providers to resolve issues.

• Monitor vessel schedules and coordinate closely with shipping agents to ensure timely updates and smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage all required operational and shipping documentation accurately.
• Arrange transportation, including coordinating trucks and drivers, to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and handle customs documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Ensure all logistics activities are carried out in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, agents, and service providers to resolve operational issues.
