Qualifications

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic computer knowledge: Word, Excel, email, cloud storage.
Attention to timing, numbers and reporting accuracy.
Able to work with minimal supervision and follow up as needed.
Experience in shipping, port operations or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and update vessel operation reports for every shift.
Monitor vessel operations and coordinate with the operation team.
Prepare and update port vessel line-up and berthing schedules.
Update customers on berthing, progress, delays, and schedule changes.
Collect, organize and upload vessel operation documents to the company drive.
Maintain records of operation reports and vessel documents; support the team as needed.
