Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an entrepreneurial E-commerce Manager (International Markets) based in Shah Alam to own the US Amazon market entry from A to Z, including storefront setup, forecasting, PPC, and cross-border expansion.

You will coordinate with the Malaysian e-commerce unit and regional teams in HK, Taiwan, and China to align launches, assets, and promotional calendars as the business scales globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon US marketplace experience.
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central, inventory forecasting, and compliance.
• Experience with FBA/FBM, PPC campaigns, and listing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Take complete operational ownership of the Amazon US Seller Central account, including brand registry, storefront architecture, product listings, and account health compliance.
• Drive data-driven sales forecasting and inventory planning, coordinating FBA/FBM schedules and stock cover to avoid stockouts.
• Formulate and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns with keyword research and listing SEO to improve ROAS and sales velocity.
• Benchmark competitors, analyze pricing, and review marketplace trends to scale from US to international cross-border platforms.
• Collaborate with the Malaysian e-commerce unit and regional teams in HK, Taiwan, and China to align launches and promotional calendars.
