Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Lead to own the Personal Care online business across Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and the D2C site. This fully remote, full-time role drives traffic, conversion, retention and P&L while building the livestream and social commerce engine.

You will coach a lean team, collaborate with product, design and supply chain on launches, and scale SEA growth with data-driven budget decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in e-commerce, marketplace management, or growth marketing.
• Proven livestream and social commerce experience with revenue results on TikTok Shop or Shopee Live.
• Hands-on management of Shopee, Amazon, and TikTok Shop seller accounts including ads and store operations.
• Strong data and analytical skills with GA4 and performance dashboards.
• Experience with SEO, D2C growth (Shopify or similar), CRO and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience coaching or mentoring teams; comfortable remote work.

Responsibilities

• Own e-commerce revenue and profitability targets across Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and the D2C site.
• Run day-to-day marketplace operations: listings, pricing, promotions, mega-sale calendars, stock planning, and platform relationships.
• Lead livestream and social commerce on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live: hosts, scripts, run-of-show, affiliates/KOLs.
• Manage marketplace ads and allocate budgets based on performance.
• Grow and manage the D2C website as a profitable sales channel.
• Build and scale performance marketing: paid social, paid search, and affiliates.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and community building.
• Design CRO experiments across D2C and marketplace storefronts.
• Build retention and lifecycle programs via email, SMS, WhatsApp, subscriptions.
• Manage e-commerce budget and report weekly on channel performance and unit economics.
• Develop expansion playbooks for SEA markets.
• Manage agencies and partners with clear performance targets.
• Collaborate with product, design, and supply chain on launches.
• Train and mentor team members; document playbooks for independence.
• Help recruit and expand the e-commerce team.
