Job summary

Rapsodo in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a commercially driven Digital & Business Development Manager to shape our digital and marketplace growth across Asia and beyond, based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce execution and market development, owning performance across platforms such as Amazon, Coupang, Shopee, Rakuten, and other regional channels, while identifying and developing new commercial partnerships in-market to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce and marketplace management across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate and manage commercial partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue performance, margin contribution, and forecast accuracy across digital and marketplace platforms.
• Drive profitable growth while aligning with regional and global commercial strategies.
• Ensure pricing integrity while adapting to local market dynamics and currency fluctuations.
• Partner cross-functionally to maintain a cohesive go-to-market approach.
• Deliver data-driven performance reporting across markets.
