Job summary

myFirst Tech Sdn Bhd in Johor is hiring an eCommerce Specialist to manage the US Official Online Store, overseeing daily orders, product listings, and inventory during Malaysia hours, and driving digital growth.

You will optimize store visibility with SEO, conduct competitive analysis, generate performance reports, run seasonal campaigns, support product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a premium customer experience in the Shopify ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce and marketplace management.
• Strong SEO and product listing optimization skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for US marketplaces during Malaysia hours.
• Create and refine high-converting product listings with SEO-friendly titles.
• Track and report on sales and inventory performance and run campaigns.
• Monitor sales metrics and inventory to optimize ROI and conversion.
• Maintain real-time synchronization of orders, returns, and refunds in Odoo.
