Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an agile Assistant E-Commerce Manager to own and grow the brand's online business in Malaysia. You will blend strategic planning with end-to-end execution across marketplaces, ads, listings, and stock forecasting.

You will manage mega-sale campaigns, performance marketing, store health, livestreams, and affiliate networks, reporting to the Country Manager. A passion for pet care is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid e-commerce sales and operational experience.
• Strong track record in managing marketplace accounts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and ads.
• Excellent English fluency and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Malaysia e-commerce plan and hit GMV/ROAS targets within budget.
• Plan and execute on-platform ads and coordinate off-platform traffic campaigns.
• Manage store health: listings, thumbnails, keywords, and descriptions.
