Job summary

DHL is seeking a diligent warehouse operations trainee in Malaysia to support daily activities across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will assist inventory management, cycle counts, and records in our Warehouse Management System, helping monitor stock movement and report discrepancies.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Basic computer skills; exposure to WMS is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Update and maintain records in WMS or inventory tracking systems; monitor stock movement and report discrepancies or damages.
• Support coordination between warehouse, transport, and customer service teams.
• Assist in preparing delivery documents and basic reporting.
• Observe and follow warehouse SOPs, safety, and housekeeping standards (5S).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Assist supervisors with ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word); exposure to WMS is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow SOPs and safety guidelines
