XL Axiata in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced UAT Lead to plan, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing for the CoMP platform. You will be the single point of coordination for UAT activities, ensuring on-time delivery, defect management, and a formal business sign-off before go-live.

Responsibilities include defining strategy and criteria, developing test scenarios, coordinating across business testers, SMEs and IT teams, and providing clear progress visibility while mitigating risks

Qualifications

Experience leading UAT for complex platforms and ensuring traceability to business requirements.
Strong ability to develop and maintain UAT plans, scenarios and test cases.
Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams, testers and vendors to achieve go-live readiness.

Responsabilités

Define UAT strategy, criteria and sign-off framework aligned with BRD/HLD and go-live milestones.
Develop and maintain UAT plan, scenarios and test cases with clear acceptance criteria.
Coordinate UAT execution across business users, SMEs and technical teams; monitor progress and test coverage.
Manage end-to-end defect lifecycle including triage, retesting and closure.
Provide daily UAT governance: status, blockers, risks, and escalation as needed.
Drive formal business sign-off before production deployment.
