Job summary

LAVU TECH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Senior AP Deployment Specialist to lead country-specific AP validation, UAT planning, and deployment readiness across multiple countries.

You will work with global teams to ensure future-state AP processes meet operational needs and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes hands-on business validation, defect triage support, and ensuring a smooth transition to steady-state AP operations, with a focus on scalable, sustainable processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline required.
• 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or AP transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in country discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and design discussions.
• Demonstrate and explain current-state AP processes, controls, approval of workflows, exception handling, and operational practices.
• Identify country-specific legal, tax, regulatory, compliance, language, and operational requirements.
• Validate that local requirements are correctly understood and documented.
• Review and validate Process Design Documents (PDDs) and business requirements, process flows, controls, and operating procedures.
• Confirm that future-state processes reflect AP operational requirements and business realities.
• Develop end-to-end UAT scenarios and business test scripts based on real AP activities.
• Prepare and maintain required business test data.
• Execute UAT and validate solutions against requirements.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live preparations, and hyper-care activities.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence after deployment.
