• Lead, coordinate and manage user acceptance testing for retail banking applications.
• Review requirements, plan testing strategies, and design test cases.
• Ensure quality verification, documentation, and timely progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead user acceptance testing for retail banking applications.
• Review functional specs and plan testing strategies and test cases.
• Manage end-to-end testing, defect reporting and issue resolution.
• Provide support in operational readiness, pilot runs, and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop system functionality guides and user training materials.
• Assist in production issue analysis and customer complaints handling.
• Participate in country and group level projects as assigned.
• Identify and implement improvements to testing processes and execution.
• Ensure proper parameter setups with controls.
• Train new hires on UAT management and production support.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
