The role focuses on implementing technology changes, reviewing requirements from End User perspective, and ensuring successful testing, training, and documentation.

You will lead user acceptance testing for retail banking applications, design test strategies and scenarios, manage end-to-end testing, and support production issues and audit findings.

Qualifications

• Lead, coordinate and manage user acceptance testing for retail banking applications.
• Review requirements from End User perspective and plan testing strategies, scenarios and test cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing efforts to ensure quality test verification and documentation.
• Provide training materials and user manuals for new functionality.
• Support production issues and assist in audit findings related to testing and readiness.
• Participate in country and group level projects as assigned and contribute to test process improvements.
