Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with card issuing/acquiring and major schemes (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, UnionPay, JCB).
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan workload and priorities.
• Experience in large-scale systems testing; manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive test strategy, plans, outlining approach, scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables for testing new systems.
• Define testing scope with stakeholders across functional, integration, security, performance, and UAT.
• Build and lead testing team (internal and external) with clear task allocation.
• Oversee execution of all testing phases (functional, integration, UAT, data migration).
• Document, categorize, and prioritize defects; communicate with development teams for resolution and retesting.
• Ensure testing meets quality standards and regulatory/security requirements (PCI DSS) and generate regular reports.
• Coordinate UAT preparation with business teams and oversee post go-live testing for issue resolution.
