Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Senior UAT Lead to coordinate and manage user acceptance testing for retail banking applications. The role focuses on reviewing requirements, planning test strategies, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage with rigorous defect reporting and timely resolutions.

You will develop user training materials, support production issues, and participate in group projects while driving improvements in testing processes and disaster recovery testing.

Qualifications

• Lead, coordinate and manage user acceptance testing for retail banking applications.
• Analyze user requirements, review functional specs and plan testing strategies.
• Ensure end-to-end testing coverage, defect reporting and timely resolutions.
• Provide training and documentation for end users and staff.
• Support production issues and coordinate with helpdesk.
• Participate in country and group projects as assigned.
• Understand and implement test-process improvements.
• Ensure proper configuration of application parameters.
• Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
• Address audit findings with timely actions.
