Job summary

TIME dotCom Berhad is seeking a QA Automation Lead to head automation across Consumer Business (Retail) Technology. You will design and implement scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs, and drive quality across customer-facing platforms and backend systems.

You will lead a team, collaborate with Product, Engineering and DevOps, and push shift-left testing while strengthening test coverage and metrics to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 6-8 years in Software QA with at least 3 years specializing in automation.
Experience leading QA automation initiatives.
Experience in Agile Retail, Consumer Business, Telecommunications or Digital Products.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the overall automation testing strategy.
Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile and APIs.
Develop automated functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor QA Automation Engineers.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps and Business teams.
Drive shift-left testing.
Support API and performance testing.
Monitor automation coverage and quality metrics.
Continuously improve automation tools and frameworks.
