Qualifications

• Recognised degree or Diploma/Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Strong interest in financial planning, investment and client management in a sales-driven environment
• 5–6 years of sales/credit experience preferred
• Strong business acumen; proactive and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a Commercial portfolio (TMT/Industrial) including evaluating loan applications
• Monitor facility utilisation and profitability of the portfolio
• Build rapport and develop networking to maintain account relationships
• Establish trusted advisor relationship with clients as the 'Trusted Banker'
• Identify client needs and capture financing and cross-sell opportunities; negotiate margins
• Deliver speed and quality for KPIs assigned
• Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC)
