Würth Industrial Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote industrial products and develop customer relationships across industries. You will combine technical product knowledge with strong commercial thinking to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Responsibilities include selling Kanban and ORSYmat solutions, visiting customers, presenting products, and coordinating with Inside Sales to deliver excellent service.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or related field preferred.
• Candidates from other backgrounds with relevant technical knowledge or sales experience encouraged.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell industrial products, fasteners and related solutions, including Kanban and ORSYmat systems.
• Develop new customers and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to expand sales and profitability.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and follow-ups on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and sales support.
• Work closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure effective customer service and sales coordination.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate customer and CRM records, and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Identify market trends and business opportunities to support sales growth, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Support the collection of outstanding invoices and efforts to reduce slow-moving stock.
