Job summary

Würth Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to promote, sell and service our automotive product line across Malaysia. You will identify new customers, manage the full sales cycle with the inside team, and provide technical support to maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

You will communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu, and leverage your negotiation skills to achieve sales targets while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Based in Malaysia, with sales experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu (Cantonese optional).
• Able to work independently with a results-driven attitude.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promoting, selling and servicing our product line to customer.
• Identifying and developing new customers besides interacting with existing customers in the assigned territory to increase sales and profitability.
• Managing the entire sales process: following up on customer meetings/requests/quotations/offers in close collaboration with the inside sales team.
• Collecting payments within the due date for orders placed for customers.
• Setting up meetings and delivering presentation of our products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Providing technical and sales support to customers.
• Leading the selling opportunities, identification, customer satisfaction, improvement and business relationship enhancement.
• Preparing periodic reports of customer activity and gathering information to be used for sales forecasting.
