Qualifications

• At least SPM or Diploma or higher in marketing or business.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in manufacturing, trading, or industrial products.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel and possess own transport; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Regularly check in with clients to understand evolving requirements and identify opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
• Work closely with production to plan products, volumes, and prices.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities for increasing sales efficiency.
• Provide feedback to management on customer requirements, market conditions, and product performance.
• Prepare reports and analyze sales metrics and trends for decision-making.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits when required.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
