Job summary

Responsibilities

• Help to design slides and training decks for trainers.
• Liaise with clients, participants, and internal stakeholders to address any queries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities.
• Support the training team in the development and improvement of training processes and procedures.
• Handle post-training activities such as participant feedback collection, reporting and production of certificates.
