Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad is offering a Learning & Development internship in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist in HRD Corp grant applications, coordinate training, maintain records, and support the L&D team with administrative tasks.
Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business/PSY/Management, with good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires five-day workweeks, 8:30 AM–6:15 PM, and team collaboration.

Assist in preparing, coordinating, and submitting HRD Corp (HRDC) grant applications and supporting documents before training commencement.
Support HRDC claim reimbursement documentation and ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
Coordinate training arrangements, including participant registration, programme confirmation, venue setup, training materials, equipment, and logistics.
Assist with attendance tracking and preparation of training-related reports and records.
Communicate with training participants, internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors, and external training providers on programme schedules and requirements.
Assist in preparing and distributing monthly training brochures, learning calendars, and training communications.
Support the coordination of New Employee Induction (NEI), leadership, sales/service-related, and soft-skills training programmes.
Maintain organised training records, filing systems, and documentation in compliance with internal procedures and audit requirements.
Assist in developing, reviewing, and documenting Learning & Development SOPs, guidelines, and work instructions.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Learning & Development team.
Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required by the supervising officer or manager.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with employees, trainers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:15 PM).
