Gintell Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment & Development Executive to lead talent acquisition and drive internal training initiatives across the organization. You will partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and build strong pipelines while delivering practical, sales-focused training programs.

The role requires proven full-cycle recruitment experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across functions.
• Background in retail industry and/or recruitment agency is an asset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience delivering internal company training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Manage recruitment platforms and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with HODs to identify training needs and outcomes.
• Design and deliver internal training focusing on sales and soft skills.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive staff motivation and engagement.

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities

• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates

• Maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs

• Manage recruitment platforms and employer branding initiatives.

• Design and deliver internal training programs focusing on:

• Sales performance & skills

• Soft skills (communication, customer service & etc)

• Staff motivation & engagement

• Work closely with HODs to identify training needs

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness with practical outcomes
