You will analyze learning data, create dashboards, and optimize programs to drive employee performance and growth in a fast-paced financial/tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in L&D coordination, instructional design, or training operations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Education, or related discipline; certification in ID or L&D tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train content development and delivery: collaborate with SMEs to create lesson plans, materials, assessments, and tests.
• Manage learning platforms: LMS setup, course deployment, tracking, and reporting.
• Analytics and reporting: generate dashboards on participation, completion, and impact; collect feedback for program improvement.
• Administrative and project support: maintain training calendars, content versioning, onboarding logistics.
