Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development in a corporate or shared services environment.
• Experience with Ship to Collect (STC) or Order to Cash (OTC) processes, essential for understanding operations and delivering effective training.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience using Adobe Captivate or other eLearning authoring tools.
• Possess strong skills in communications, organizational change management, problem-solving, and facilitation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead medium‑to‑low‑complexity projects.
• Demonstrate the ability to conduct business or statistical analysis, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Have excellent presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all employee levels.
• Be highly organized, creative, and detail‑orientated, with strong writing and grammar skills.
• Hold a QDM Expert Certification (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through implementation.
• Balance stakeholder requirements with strategic objectives within quality, time, and budget constraints, and manage risks.
• Gather and document project schedule, benefits, and strategic importance.
• Develop project schedule, communications, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate subject area and technical specialists to implement stakeholder requirements.
• Act as the single point of contact for projects.
• Regularly report project status to program managers and stakeholders.
• May manage relationships with external contractors and developers.
