Job summary

ZUS COFFEE in Malaysia is seeking a Learning & Development professional to plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for Operations and related functions.

You will design materials, facilitate both classroom and virtual sessions, and evaluate programmes to ensure impact on performance and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely updates to reporting managers on project progress, departmental initiatives, key developments, and potential risks.
• Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate learning and development programmes for Operations and other designated business functions.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences through classroom and virtual platforms, incorporating theory, practical application, and experiential learning methodologies.
• Design, develop, revise training materials and programmes to meet business needs.
