Averis Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites fresh graduates to join as a Trainee, HR Helpdesk on a 1-year contract. You will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries in a shared services environment, handling emails, calls and ticketing while supporting HR policies and systems.

Based in Bangsar South, you will log cases, maintain the knowledge base, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all HR processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Experience in customer service or travel desk is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries via email, phone and ticketing system.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, claims, benefits, leave, and systems.
• Log, track and resolve cases within SLA; escalate when necessary.
• Maintain HR knowledge base and promote self-service tools (Workday).

About the Role

Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, delivering timely and accurate support in a shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle HR inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing system.

Provide guidance on HR policies, claims, benefits, leave, and systems.

Log, track, and resolve cases within SLA; escalation when necessary.
