• Experience in trade finance operations within a banking environment is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in trade finance operations.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Group's trade finance strategy and align with objectives.
• Deliver trade finance processing with adherence to operating instructions and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain process documentation including workflows and operating instructions.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and drive operational excellence.
• Maintain high productivity and accuracy within cycle times.
• Foster teamwork, knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Support risk management and compliance as first line of defence.
