Qualifications

• Proven track record of process improvement and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with process mapping tools; Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform transaction processing duties as instructed by the team management to meet productivity and service standards.
• Drive operational performance by meeting SLAs, reducing costs, and mitigating risks.
• Ensure awareness and compliance of trade finance policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support to Relationship Managers on trade finance matters.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions through data analysis and experience.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their development.
• Support quality management system rollouts and other initiatives by the Bank.
• Ensure due care on day-to-day trade compliance and screening responsibilities.
