Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Trade Finance Process Analyst in Malaysia to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support AML screening with Mandarin proficiency. You will collaborate with multiple teams, analyze workflows, and implement solutions to drive growth and enhance customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
• Must be able to read and accurately input Chinese characters for AML name screening purposes.
• Proven track record of process improvement and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform transaction processing duties as instructed by the team management in accordance to the relevant procedures, guidelines, instructions and standards set to meet the productivity and service standards.
• Work with team to deliver superior customer service by driving operational performance i.e. meeting SLAs - timeliness and accuracy, reducing costs, driving operational efficiency, and reducing operational risks.
• Ensure awareness and full compliance of trade finance’s rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices.
• Provide technical support to Relationship Managers of trade finance related matters.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience, and precedent.
• Assist the team management in the development of team members by guiding, coaching, and supporting other team members.
