Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce / Mass Communication.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience preferably in an FMCG industry.
  • Possess Microsoft business software skills, e.g Ms Excel, Ms Power Point.
  • Organised, detailed and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for regional meetings or activations.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license — required for store checks, market visits, and event supervision.
  • Assist in developing and implementing channel-specific trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and sales targets.
  • Translate marketing objectives into retail executions (promotions, display programs, visibility drives).
  • Manage annual trade calendar and ensure timely execution.
Retail and Channel Management
  • Execute in-store marketing and visibility activities including product display, POSM setup, and shelf branding.
  • Coordinate product sampling, roadshows, and trade events to drive shopper trial.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to secure secondary displays and retail space.
Promotion Planning and Execution
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns such as discounts, special packaging, and advertisements to boost sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize visual merchandising and messaging at point of sale.
Partnership and Alliance Building
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships with key retailers and distributors to maximize product placement and sales performance.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and presentations tailored to retail and distributor partners.
Sales Analysis and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and their impact on sales growth.
  • Provide regular reports to HOD with insights and recommendations for improvement
POSM & Visibility
  • Adapt brand key visual, with studio brief into channel-specific (standees, cashier top, GE, mailer etc), offline and trade online requirements.
  • Manage production, distribution and trade-related compliance.
