Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate Manager, Total Rewards to analyze and deliver reward programmes across annual pay adjustments, incentives, allowances, benefits and analytics. You will work with payroll data at aggregate and individual levels, building clear analyses for management review and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn unfamiliar reward concepts and apply feedback.
• Experience with compensation data at aggregate and individual levels.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, lookups, pivots, data models.
• Strong numerical reasoning and ability to explain movements.
• Understanding of salary structures and market positioning.
• Clear written communication and audit-ready analysis.
• Discretion handling confidential payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Assist annual pay adjustments with eligibility checks, budgeting, and reconciliation.
• Analyze pay positioning against market and internal references; flag outliers.
• Build cases for management review showing cost and distribution impact.
• Support annual STI/LTI cycles and incentive cost modelling.
• Design and review allowances and their cost impact.
• Assist benefits design, renewal, and utilisation analyses.
• Produce recurring rewards and personnel-cost reporting; ensure data accuracy.
