You will apply Excel and Power BI skills to analyze market data, develop exhibits, and guide project teams through engagements of varying scope. A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years HR experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in HR with Total Rewards exposure.
• Strong advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability are essential.
• Excellent PowerPoint presentation ability and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and structure client presentations/reports with data analysis and conclusions.
• Review and develop exhibits from collected data, understanding project components.
• Apply data analytics to assess pay practices and talent market trends.
• Oversee analyst work and manage small to medium engagements.
• Guide project teams and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Deliver high-quality client presentations and communicate recommendations clearly.
