Job summary

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a senior leader to shape Group Total Rewards and HR Analytics strategies across its portfolio. You will design compensation, benefits, and incentive structures while building analytics capabilities to inform policy decisions and drive performance.

The role requires extensive experience in group-level rewards, data governance, and stakeholder advisory, with a track record of influencing senior leadership and guiding change across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Statistics or related field.
• Additional certification in Compensation and Benefits-related courses is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards and HR Analytics, including group-level or multi-business exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, review and governance of Group-wide compensation, benefits and incentive frameworks.
• Oversee the Group-level annual reward cycles (budgeting, performance review, salary review and bonus payout).
• Lead Group HR Analytics framework, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on rewards and analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance on cost modelling and scenario analysis.
• Drive capability building and change management across Group HR.
