This role plays a critical part in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on Total Rewards management.
• Familiarity with Mercer Methodology is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop and execute comprehensive total rewards strategies to strengthen employee engagement and retention.
• Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
• Partner with department heads to maintain accurate job descriptions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage compensation packages, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Support talent management initiatives, including career development planning and succession planning.
• Continuously review and enhance performance management systems to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
