You will review variations against the budget, prepare quarterly outlooks, generate ad hoc reports for decision making, and collaborate with departments to align information and analyses. Requirements include 1 year in similar roles, and a Business Management degree with intermediate English

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and cost-tracking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Review variations on people cost versus the budget.
• Prepare the people cost outlook review for each quarter.
• Guarantee proper allocations of headcount cost.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for decision making.
• Prepare people cost analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with departments to align information and analyses.
• Support quarterly bonus communication after approvals.
