Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits, and rewards programmes for the Malaysia business. The role partners with senior stakeholders to shape data-driven rewards strategies and support workforce planning.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits within an MNC, strong Excel analytics, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related rewards functions
• Proven experience within a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is essential
• Solid knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to support interactions with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to execution

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compensation and benefits programmes for the Malaysia business
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive reward practices
• Support job evaluation, grading, and organisational structure reviews
• Provide workforce analytics, insights, and reporting to support business decisions
• Partner with HR and business leaders on rewards-related initiatives and workforce planning
• Drive process improvements and enhance rewards governance and reporting capabilities
