Trane Technologies invites a Results-driven Rewards Manager to join APAC Total Rewards in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver Total Rewards solutions, lead regional benchmarking, and support pay-for-performance strategies with HRBPs and business leaders.

This on-site role requires 8–10 years in compensation and benefits in multinationals, deep knowledge of labor laws, Workday, and strong analytics to optimize compensation programs and employee value proposition across the region.

Formación

• 8-10 years of in-depth experience in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational corporation (MNC).
• Strong knowledge of regional compensation and benefits practices, labor laws, and market trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business and HR management, deliver Total Rewards solutions to support business objectives.
• Lead the sales and local incentive review process by providing advisory support and conducting effectiveness studies.
• Ensure job architecture and evaluation processes comply with company policies and principles.
• Manage the off-cycle compensation review process to ensure effective spending.
• Develop and deliver Total Rewards solutions that support business growth and enhance the employee value proposition.
• Improve the Total Rewards knowledge and capabilities of HR teams and people leaders to make informed compensation decisions.
• Oversee benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, talent attraction and retention, and company impact.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and governance.
• Contribute to regional Total Rewards initiatives including annual benchmarking, salary structure review, and regional policy development.
• Deliver global Total Rewards projects for AP region including Workday implementation and pay transparency projects.
