Job summary

Noventiq India, Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support reporting and data analysis within the HR function. This full-time role focuses on cost visibility and headcount allocations.

You will review variations against the budget, prepare quarterly outlooks, generate ad hoc reports for decision making, and collaborate with departments to align information and analyses. Requirements include 1 year in similar roles, and a Business Management degree with intermediate English

• 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and cost-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the people cost outlook review for each quarter.

Experience: 1 year in similar roles
