Job summary

Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd. in Malaysia seeks a Retail Sales Executive to manage daily sales of cigars, cigarettes, and tobacco products while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting store operations.

You will develop and sustain sales channels with retailers, distributors, hotels, and cigar lounges, and pursue new business opportunities across retail and B2B channels. Strong communication and sales skills are essential, with weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, sales, tobacco, cigar, F&B, hotel, or related industries preferred.
• Experience in B2B or channel sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and sales-driven.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily retail sales of cigars, cigarettes, and tobacco products.
• Attend to customers, provide product recommendations, and deliver good customer service.
• Manage cashiering, product display, stock control, and daily store operations.
• Develop and maintain sales channels with retailers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, cigar lounges, and other businesses.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Follow up on customer orders, quotations, sales, and after-sales service.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Cigar & Tobacco Retail Sales Executive role involving daily retail sales of cigars, cigarettes, and tobacco products, with responsibility for customer service, store operations, and business development across retail and B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

Handle daily retail sales of cigars, cigarettes, and tobacco products

Attend to customers, provide product recommendations, and deliver good customer service

Manage cashiering, product display, stock control, and daily store operations

Develop and maintain sales channels with retailers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, cigar lounges, and other relevant businesses

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities

Follow up on customer orders, quotations, sales, and after-sales service

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Achieve individual and store sales targets and provide regular sales reports

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent

Experience in retail, sales, tobacco, cigar, F&B, hotel, or related industries is preferred

Experience in B2B or channel sales is an advantage

Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills

Self‑motivated, proactive, responsible, and sales‑driven

Able to work independently and manage daily store operations

Willing to work weekends and public holidays

Must comply with all company policies and applicable laws and regulations relating to tobacco product sales
