Job summary

R&F Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to assist daily operations in the Sales Gallery in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will welcome visitors, serve drinks/fruits, and guide guests to showrooms and facilities while maintaining showroom condition and reporting issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve drinks and fruits to visitors/clients in the Sales Gallery.
• usher guests during events and assist with inquiries and directions (showroom, washroom, VVIP room).
• Carry out daily showroom checks to keep it in good condition.
• Handle complaints or suggestions and report to Superior/Manager.

Job description

To assist the daily operation in Sales Gallery which has includes welcoming and serving drinks and fruits to the visitors / clients.

Usher guest during certain event and to handling inquiries, to show the direction of showroom, washroom, VVIP room etc.

To carry out daily checking on the showroom and ensure the showroom in a good condition at all the times.

To assist handle the complaints or suggestions from visitors and then immediately report to the Superior/Manager.

Any other ad-hoc tasks which assigned by Superior/Manager.

6 working days per week. Off day based on duty roster.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or any equivalent

Required languages: English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (fluent in speaking and writing).
