Job summary

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a Field Marketing Executive in Johor Bahru to drive distributor management and trade marketing across channels. You will ensure volume delivery, enhance retail advocacy, and monitor field execution with a focus on improving coverage and distribution quality.

The role requires building strong retailer relationships, maintaining execution standards, and contributing to market insights.

• Conduct trade audits, Sales & Distribution service checks, and monitor distributor ground team activities to ensure effective field execution.
• Manage the development and performance of the distributor ground team, supporting capability and operational improvement. Generate market insights and provide input for patch development planning to improve coverage and distribution quality.

The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for executing distributor management and trade marketing activities within the assigned territory.

The role drives volume delivery, enhances retail advocacy, ensures compliance with trade standards, and supports patch development and market insight generation. It also plays a key role in managing B2B platform operations to support efficient trade transactions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
