Job summary

Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd. in Malaysia seeks a site supervisor to plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities on the JB project, ensuring schedules, budgets and specifications are met.

You will enforce safety regulations, lead on-site teams, and liaise with clients and engineers. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Diploma holders with 3 years of related experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Mandarin and English for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities to meet project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and company HSE policies with regular briefings and risk assessments.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor on-site teams and subcontractors; ensure quality and resource allocation.
• Inspect ongoing work for compliance with drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures; drive corrective actions.
• Act as the primary on-site contact among clients, project managers, and engineers; maintain progress logs and reports.

Responsibilities：
1、Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities to ensure project schedules, budgets, and specifications are met. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.

2、Enforce safety regulations and company HSE policies. Conduct regular safety briefings, risk assessments, and inspections to maintain a zero-accident work environment.

3、Lead, coordinate, and monitor on-site teams and subcontractors. Assign tasks, ensure efficient resource allocation, and verify work quality complies with project standards.

4、Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures. Identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions immediately.

5、Act as the primary on-site contact among clients, project managers, and engineers. Maintain daily progress logs and submit regular reports on status, material usage, and potential risks.

Job Requirements:
Required language(s): Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
